The 46^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held online using Zoom on Saturday 26^th October 2024, from 10.00 – 11.00am (GMT).

Nomination as Trustees

Paul Donald (Sandgrouse Editor) term ends at this AGM but will continue for a further 5-year period (2029)

Resignations as Trustees

Georgia Locock term ends and is not seeking re-election. Phil Roberts stepped down from Council in May 2024.

Co-opted Council Members (appointed by the elected Council)

John Warr and Effie Warr (Membership); Abdul Rahman Al Sirhan (Website Manager); and Mike Blair (ORL).

Any further nominations should be sent to the Secretary (e-mail: secretary@osme.org) to arrive as soon as possible and no later than 19^th October 2024. Council would be pleased to welcome any members who can assist with maintaining OSME as one of the premier regional bird clubs.
