OSME Summer meeting and AGM postponed
Given the current global coronavirus crisis, OSME have taken the decision to postpone this year’s Summer Meeting and AGM that was due to be held on the 27th June. We will wait to see what the situation is in a few month’s time before announcing a revised date. As OSME is a registered UK charity we are required to hold an AGM within 15 months of the previous one. We will be contacting the Charity Commission shortly to look at what our options are to fulfil our charitable obligations. We will be publishing our Draft Trustees Report and Finances on our website prior to the end of June.
In the meantime very many thanks for your continued support in these uncertain times. On behalf of OSME Council, I hope that you and your loved ones are safe and well.
