Since the coronavirus pandemic started back in early 2020 OSME have held several of our meetings online and they have been hugely popular with our members and supporters. The feedback from the online meetings has been overwhelmingly positive and members from across the OSME region have asked for these to continue.

So, save the date – on the 29th January 2022 OSME will hold our second online Winter Meeting. The full programme is being finalised but we already have speakers confirmed, including:

  • Anna Ten talking about Egyptian Vultures in Uzbekistan
  • Ruslan Urazaliyev highlighting a campaign to save the Taldykol wetlands on the outskirts of Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan
  • An overview of Syrian Serin conservation by Fouad Itani
  • Melisa Soyluer from Turkey outlining her experience of OSME’s Youth Development Fund

The meeting will be held on the 29th January 2022 (10.00am – 12.30pm, GMT) and please register as soon as possible using the following link: https://us02web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZMlcuGqqjstG9EyexqrmTfZl_aKrOZD_1-V
